Man Utd winger set to depart?

For someone who apparently wants to leave Old Trafford, Nani is sure taking his time.
Rumours have abounded ever since the summer the Portugal international was ready to leave Manchester United after five years at the club, with Russian moneybags Zenit St. Petersburg apparently close to securing his signature before the close of the Russian transfer window in early September.
However, Nani stayed and has proceeded to stink out almost every match he's taken part in since. In fact, so bad has Nani been that Sir Alex Ferguson has even taken to go against the entire grain of his tenure at Old Trafford by employing a diamond formation that is shorn of wide players.
Surely he more than anybody must be hoping the Mirror's claims that Nani has refused to extend his contract at the club are true!
