Premier League outfit set to move for Real Madrid misfit
Manchester United have been offered Kaka on a season long loan from Real Madrid, as Los Blancos look set to complete the signing of Luka Modric.
The Brazilian star has failed to live up to expectations following his big money switch from AC Milan in 2009.
With manager Jose Mourinho eager to add Modric to his squad, the Portuguese tactician is prepared to allow the 30-year-old to leave this summer.
Galatasaray have shown a keen interest in Kaka, but it appears United have leapfrogged in front on the Turkish outfit in the race to sign the midfielder.
United recently secured the signing of Robin van Persie from Arsenal and have also been linked with a move for Vitesse defender Alexander Buttner.
However, Real are keen to shift Kaka from the wage bill, with the Brazilian commanding up to £250,000-a-week at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
