Juve Bid For Blue

Reports on the internet suggest Serie A champions have made an offer for, believe it or not, Chelsea’s Fernando Torres.

The Old Lady are looking to add a striker to their squad in preparation for a defence of their title and the Champions League. Robin Van Persie, Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani are some of the other top talents to have been linked with a move to Turin.

Torres has found life in West London hard since his £50 million move from Liverpool 18 months ago but has started to show some glimpses of his capabilities.

There is no doubt that Chelsea will reject any bid, believed to be 30 million Euros, as new Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo plans to make El Nino the focal point of the Chelsea attack next season.
