Chelsea 'keeper extends Madrid stay

Chelsea goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, has extended loan spell at Atletico Madrid for another season, after spending the 2011/12 season in the Spanish capital.

Courtois, 20, made 37 appearances for Los Rojiblancos last season, keeping 15 clean sheets.

The Belgian had the task of replacing Manchester United bound David De Gea and impressed as Atletico finished 5th and won the Europa League.

He also made his international debut and didn't concede as Belgium held neighbours France to a 1-1 draw.
