Schalke looking at Huntelaar extension

Bundesliga outfit, Schalke, have ruled selling Klaas Jan Huntelaar, with Chelsea and Manchester United thought to be interested.

The Dutch striker scored 29 goals last season, and Chelsea are rumoured to consider the 28 year old a suitable replacement for China bound, Didier Drogba.

The Schalke general manager, though, has said that he expects the former Ajax man to honour his contract.

He also maintains that the Netherlands forward is keen to continue plying his trade in Germany.
