Midfielder set for Blues move

Chelsea look set to beat Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Internacional midfielder Oscar.

Recently appointed head coach Andre Villas-Boas had been keen to add the Brazilian to his squad as a possible Luka Modric replacement.

However, the Blues appear to have stumped up the necessary fee to take the 20-year-old to Stamford Bridge.
