George Powell There could be a new striking addition to Arsene Wenger's sqaud according to Sky Sports.
It appears that Arsenal have agreed a fee with Caen forward M'Baye Niang, although Manchester City are believed to be trying to rival the bid from the North London outfit.
Niang, 17, trialed with the Gunners last week and is thought to have impressed Wenger and his coaching team, who have since confirmed their interest with a bid for the highly rated youngster.
Meanwhile, Manchester City have asked Caen, recently relegated from Ligue 1, if they can take the striker on trial basis at Carrington.
If their request is accepted, the 17 year old may have a decision to make.
